Phanteus Acceptable Use Policy

This policy forms part of the Terms and Conditions. It protects buyers, the platform’s other clients and Phanteus. The Spanish version is the reference text.

In short: use your site or store for a lawful business, with truthful information and without harming anyone. If anything on this list happens, we may hide the content, suspend or end the service, and notify the authorities when the law requires it.

1. Prohibited products and services

You may not offer, sell or promote:

1. Illegal substances or products, and weapons, ammunition or explosives without the legally required permits.
2. Counterfeit, smuggled or stolen goods, or goods that infringe intellectual property.
3. Prescription drugs without the required authorizations, or products lacking the sanitary registration required by the authorities (for example, INVIMA).
4. Wild fauna or flora and other products whose sale is prohibited or restricted.
5. Games of chance without authorization from Coljuegos or the competent authority.
6. Illegal fund-raising schemes, pyramids or unauthorized promises of returns.
7. Sexual content involving minors (zero tolerance; reported to the authorities), or non-consensual explicit sexual content.
8. Any other product or service prohibited by Colombian law.

2. Prohibited content and conduct

The following is not allowed:

1. False or misleading information: prices, promotions, warranties, figures, certifications, reviews or testimonials that are not real.
2. Impersonating another person, business or brand, or using their identity without authorization.
3. Fraud or phishing: tricking people into giving passwords, card data or payments.
4. Unsolicited bulk messages (spam) and messages to people who did not authorize them.
5. Content that incites violence, discrimination or hatred, or that harasses or threatens others.
6. Third parties’ personal data without a legal basis, and sensitive data or data about minors without meeting the law’s special requirements.
7. Content that infringes copyright, trademarks or others’ image rights.

3. Prohibited technical use

The following is not allowed:

1. Attacking, probing for vulnerabilities or trying to access the platform or other clients’ data without authorization.
2. Uploading malicious software.
3. Massive automated data extraction (scraping) or use that overloads the platform.
4. Circumventing plan limits, access controls or security mechanisms.
5. Reselling or sublicensing the service without written authorization.
6. Using the service to host files unrelated to the site or store.

4. Fair use

Each plan has fair-use limits (for example, number of catalog items, storage, users or emails sent), stated in the service order. If usage consistently exceeds them, we will tell the Client and suggest a suitable plan before taking any measure.

5. What we do in case of a breach

Depending on severity, Phanteus may:

• give notice and ask for a correction;
• hide or remove content;
• suspend the service;
• terminate it under the Terms and Conditions.

In serious or unlawful cases we may act immediately and report to the competent authorities.

6. How to report abuse

If you see a site or store built with Phanteus that breaches this policy, write to soporte.phanteus@gmail.com with the link and the reason. We review every report.
